Dansk Ejerkapital and the Management of Creativ Company Acquire the Company

Creativ Company, one of Northern Europe's leading companies in creative materials and toys, has entered a partnership with Dansk Ejerkapital. The purpose of this new collaboration is to strengthen Creativ Company’s market position while further developing its activities in the European market.

Creativ Company is a market leader in Northern Europe, providing creative materials and toys for schools, institutions, private individuals, and businesses. The company, which has achieved significant success with its Creativity in a Box concept, has now formed a partnership with Dansk Ejerkapital. The ambition is to strengthen its market position in Europe and further develop the company – including through additional acquisitions. Dansk Ejerkapital takes over the partnership with Creativ Company from Capidea, which has been part of the company’s growth journey since 2016. In addition to Dansk Ejerkapital, three other professional investors will invest in Creativ Company. The shareholder structure will now consist of Dansk Ejerkapital holding approximately 35%, the three professional investors holding a combined 45%, and the company’s management, led by CEO Jakob Wulff Moeskjær, holding approximately 20%. “Creativ Company is a very robust, innovative, and well-managed company with great potential. With around 300 employees, Creativ Company sells creative materials to over 40 countries and is thus a solid player in the European market.
